Shipping Policy

Preorder Items

Preorder items are not in stock for immediate shipping. These items are ordered from our supplier after customer preorders are collected and ship after they arrive at Ava + Anne Apparel.

Estimated delivery to you for PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 3–4 weeks. The regular processing and shipping timeframes below do not apply to preorder items.

If a preorder item becomes unavailable from our supplier, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Processing Time IN STOCK orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times vary by supplier, destination, and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@avaanneapparel.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
